Time Zone

You can't configure Website Baker and say afterwards "that's all, I am done with the settings". Twice a year you need to change the time zone, when Winter time changes to Summer time and back. The reason is that very often the code uses GMT instead of the local time. Because the offset to GMT differs depending on Winter- or Summer time, you need to adjust it.

I don't expect any improvement soon, because not only the core would need to be changed but also lots of addons.
