As soon as you created a new page of type NForm, you will be asked for its most important settings. You can try out this part in the following box.

Most important form settings

Please fill out the following settings carefully! Not all of them may be changed later!

Form template:

Most settings will be copied from the selected form, except the following exceptions

Has a predecessing form:

Yes No

Specifies whether the page is the first page of a multi page form or not. For forms consisting of a single page No is required!

Follows form in:

Chhose the previous page of the multi page form

Name suffix for results table:

Results from all pages with the same suffix go into the same table.

Last page of form:

Yes No

Specifies whether the page is the last page of a multi page form or not. For forms consisting of a single page Yes is required!

The hint Please fill out the following settings carefully! Not all of them may be changed later! is there because it is true, and not for fun, so please pay attention to it!

Form template

The module has been delivered with two templates Default EN and Vorlage DE, which are in English and German language. When there are already forms of type NForm on your site, they will be presented in the list, too. Just choose the template from where you want the settings to be copied from.

Has a predecessing form

Yes: This is a multipage form, and it has another form as predecessor. It will use the results table of the predecessor.

No: This is either the first part of a multipage form or a single page form. You can only choose this option when there is already at least one page where the option Last page of form (see below) is set to No and when no other form has this page as predecessor.

Follows form in

This option is only visible if you did answer the previous question with Yes. In this case you need to choose the previos form here. The list shows the titles, followed by the section ids in parenthesis.

Name suffix for results table

This option is only visible if you did answer the previous question with No. You should either leave the default value (this is the section id) or choose a suffix which does not already exist.

Last page of form

Yes: This page does not have a successor, and it can send email after successfull submissions.

No: This page can get a successor, and it can not send email after successfull submissions (because this will always be done from the last part of a form).
