Level of difficulty: B  

1. Create the pages containing all parts of the forms without entering any fields!
2. Set Workflow Setting Name suffix for results to the same string on all pages. Do not use this string for other forms on this installation of Website Baker. You need to set this string BEFORE you enter the first field for a page!
3. On the first page you set option Has a predecessing form to NO, on all other pages to YES.
4. On all pages set Following page to the next part of the form. (On the last page it is recommended to forward to a text page where yo can thank the user for her participation on the poll.)
5. Now enter all the fields on the pages.
