This is the home page of the Website Baker module Migrate FormX.
The latest version 0.2.1 is available for download below.
Why does this module exist?
The module FormX is out of maintenance and has some partly security relevant issues.
With the help of the modules Export Section and Migrate FormX it is now possible to migrate a form created as FormX to MPForm.
How to use this module?
- Install Export Section and Migrate FormX
- How to use Export Section is explained on its Download page.
- Add a new section of type Migrate FormX to the page of your choice. Usually this will be the same page where the old form lives.
- Select the file delivered by Export Section.
- Clck on the button Submit file.
- You will see some debug text which might be useful for bug tracking.
- If all worked like expected, the last line should read "Changed section succesfully to type mpform"
- Use the Back function of your browser, and you will see the imported section.
- When all worked fine, you an delete the old FormX section.
Both modules still are in RC state, so use them on your own risk! Some feedback how they worked for you is very welcome.
