CsvExport is a very small Website Baker module, not much larger than Hello World.
In the backend, you can select a mySQL table.
When an user loads a frontend page with a section of this module, a csv file with the current content of the selected table is updated and the user can download it from the frontend.
You should protect the directory with this file, of course.
