Bug Reports

It is rumored that occasionally it might happen that software does not work as expected.

In case this happens to you with one of the modules I wrote or improved, and you feel the strong need of my support, I ask you to follow the following simple rules:

1. Check whether your versions of Website Baker and PHP meet the minimum requirements of the module. Do not forget to include those version numbers into your support request.
    
2. In the Backend under Settings - Show advanced options set PHP Error Reporting Level to E_ALL and include the result into your request as well.

Furthermore I ask to to remember that you probably did not pay me for the development of the software. When you are unable to find the reason of the malfunction on your own, and need some support soon, you should know that there is no ban to use the Donate button ;-)
Of course, some time even I am on vacation, or unavailable for another reason, so I might not always be able to support you immediately.
